My HP7350 printer has blurry print even after changing ink carts and cleaning print heads. HELP!!?

The printer works well as far as color and output, but even with the print properties set to the highest level, the text comes out blurry. I've put in new color and black cartridges and have cleaned the print heads and calibrated the printer (numerous times) and still get the blurry print. Do printers just wear out over time, or is there something I can do to correct this before giving up on this printer? Inkjet head can get clogged over time. I would rather use deskjet where the head is with cartridge, so everytime you have new cartridge you have new head, choose the one with individual color cartridge like 4 or more.
