This message keeps coming up for Cyan cartridge, but by all indications in the Basic Guide book it was done properly. How can I get rid of this annoying message?I have HPC6180 printer - Why do I receive error message that my cartridge is out of ink?
Did you power off and on after you re-seat the cartridges? restart the PC too.
