How do i remove and clean the waste ink pads in a HP PSC 1500 all in one printer?

The ink used in inkjets disolves in water.

You can rinse the felt pad with water and then dry it out before putting it back.

The ink will wash off the plastic, but don't get it on your hands, it will be very difficult to shift. How do i remove and clean the waste ink pads in a HP PSC 1500 all in one printer?

Don't remove them - the printer's not worth it.

Turn the printer on, and allow the carriage to disengage and move up the spindle - then unplug it. You should now be able to see the waste ink pads in teh bottom-right hand corner.

Simply dab them off with some lint-free material - cotton, or such. If you like, you can use thinners to help (I've had results with meths, but it's up to you. High-quality vodka would be ok.)
