I have loaded new ink cartridges into my lexmark 1200 printer, it prints like it's running out of ink?

Perhaps the printer heads are clogged. With the printer off, and un-plugged from AC source of electricity, take a Clean, lint-free, cloth, and soak it in warm water. Squeeze all the water out until it's damp, almost dry. Now remove those ink cartridges, and gently wipe in one direction on those printer head holes. They're small! You won't see the holes! Kinda' look like little black dots. Wipe the cartridge face where the ink comes out also. These areas need to be dry before re-installing the ink cartridges. I use a can of compressed air for computers. Don't get the straw too close to the area, where the ink comes out of the ink cartridge! When you're sure these areas are dry, re-install the ink cartridges. Plug-in, power up. Go to the diagnostic section of your printer software, and do the align cartridges thing. Also so a test strip.I have loaded new ink cartridges into my lexmark 1200 printer, it prints like it's running out of ink?
either the connectors are dirty (where the cartridge connects to the printer for info.) so you need to give them a clean, the cartridges are faulty or there is something wrong with a connection...

If this hasn't helped you, try asking Lexmark... they will help...
