Why does my printer tells me low ink everytime i startup though its not??

everytime i startup the printer always appear telling me that it is low on ink although the cartridges were just refilled and its full..





my printer is hp deskjet 3920...Why does my printer tells me low ink everytime i startup though its not??
Some printers do not liked it when their cartridges are refilled..hp are like that... they like fresh ink...


There are also some ink cartridges that have chips somewhere on them that will only allow them so many prints. Once you reach that number they are done whether you are out of ink or not...Why does my printer tells me low ink everytime i startup though its not??
that happens a lot on HP printers when you use non-HP inks.
