My hp deskjet f380 printer has the following lights, ink status,paper jam,type of paper,they blinking together?

Disconnect the USB cable and power cable for a few seconds. Then reconnect them. Open the cover and make sure the cartridges are well installed. Close the cover and if they still blink,





Go to this site and select Blinking Light Status. That should solve as it is too long to write here when you can do it yourself
