My Epson Stylus C45 printer has stopped printing when it ran out of color ink. Black ink is full and the documents which I want to print have no colors. I have even checked ';Black Ink only'; in Printer Settings but still it isnt working.
Please tell me any quick fix method.
Please don't ask me to get a refillIs there any way to force the Epson Stylus C45 printer to print if color ink is out but black ink is full?
I agree with the above answer, use a discount replacement cartridge for your Epson C42 printer. But make sure to use a dependable compatible cartridge since there are many really low quality ones out there. I use the G%26amp;G model Epson compatible cartridges ( I get them from PrintCountry com ).
About your question, no there is not way to do that unless you have a Epson cartridge chip resetter (which burns the chip on your cartridge so the printer does not know if your Epson cartridge has any ink in it or not).Is there any way to force the Epson Stylus C45 printer to print if color ink is out but black ink is full?
In a word to your question, 'NO'. The Epson processor is hard wired to stop the print operations.
For cheap, honest and good cardridges I've been using http://www.inkquik.com.
You're not talking about the national debt to get a refill.
