I had my printer's bubble jet black cartridge refilled, but it still says my cartridge is running out of ink?

Weird. I refilled black color cartridge when I was told black color was running out.

Now it had been refilled, but I was still sent the message of no black ink and I can't print black words.

What's wrong with this? Is it because I have to inject more ink into the cartridge?

Thanks in advance.

PS : I'm using HP Deskjet D2560.I had my printer's bubble jet black cartridge refilled, but it still says my cartridge is running out of ink?
Modern cartridges have a chip inside that remembers that the ink ran out. It doesn't 'reset' just because you refilled it with ink. It's not a sensor. It's just a ';trip switch';, if you will. And it's a one-way switch, can't be reversed (well, there are exceptions... but... not for that printer)I had my printer's bubble jet black cartridge refilled, but it still says my cartridge is running out of ink?
I know ufosystem.net has some epson refillable cart manual

your hp should be similar to epson's.
Most printer cartridges don't like being refilled. This cartridge needs to be replaced.
Try unplugging it for an hour and then see if it clears.
