Everytime i change ink, my HP printer prints test page..how do i make it stop..?

i have HP deskjet F380 all in one printer.. i changed the ink cartridge, and it automatically prints test page.. how do i make it stop..its waste of ink.. why do they keep doing this non sense things..they know that we have already printed it before..ohh.. its really getting into my nerves now.......Everytime i change ink, my HP printer prints test page..how do i make it stop..?
You cannot stop it.

It is to allow you to align and chick the integrity of the cartridge.Everytime i change ink, my HP printer prints test page..how do i make it stop..?
I think the point is, that AFTER we print out the page, and AFTER we do the alignment, HP STILL WON'T ACKNOWLEDGE that we did this. We shouldn't have to go through this EVERY time we turn on our printers.

This is why I won't buy another HP product. My next printer will probably be a Canon. Report Abuse

same here - i have a hp photosmart C4180 which successfully aligns its cartridges and then next time you switch it on, it tries to align them again!

apart from that, its a great printer!
